Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted under the following condition:

If we have delivered a WRONG PRODUCT or a DAMAGED PRODUCT at the time you received your order.
Mandatory Conditions:

The issue must be reported within 3 Days of delivery.

Unboxing video is compulsory (video must start before opening the parcel).

Product must be unused, with original tags & packaging.

Without an unboxing video or late reporting, no return/exchange will be accepted.
NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGES in the following cases:

If the customer chooses the wrong color, size, or pattern.

If the customer damages the product after delivery.
-
Any return request made after 3 Days.
CHARGES APPLICABLE
Replacement Charges:
🔹 ₹79 per piece
(Applicable only for approved replacement cases).
Return Charges:
🔹 ₹99 per piece
(Applicable only for approved return cases).
Refund Handling & Processing Fee:
🔹 For refunds back to the original payment method,
a 5% handling & processing fee will be deducted
from the total purchase amount.
IMPORTANT EXCEPTION
🚫 If the mistake is from DUNGRANI'S side (wrong product / damaged product / dispatch error), the customer will NOT pay any return, replacement, or handling charges.
All expenses will be covered by DUNGRANI.
HOW TO REPORT A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT
The customer must report the issue within 3 Days of delivery with the following:

Order Number.

Unboxing Video.

Photos showing the issue.
